Evolution will help you prepare a pricing strategy for your asset. We will recommend prices depending on how quickly you want to sell and guide you as to the attitude of investors in your current area and across the market. Our objective is to help you see and understand your realistic options.

 

Market it:

Evolution prepares a complete marketing program for each listing and pro-actively markets them. In addition to including your property to the Multiple Listing Service, Evolution sends out brochures, e-blasts and mailings to our database of potential investors. This database ranges from local home owners to international financial Institutions. We promote your property through creative events and open houses. Most importantly, the Evolution team works on your project, combining efforts of every member to get your property sold.

 

Collect Bids & Negotiate:

As both investors and brokers, Evolution understands the importance of bidding and negotiating the right deal and how to think about these negotiations from both sides.
